Hi. I'm Paul

I’m Paul Childs. I’ve coached 600+ founders, facilitated over 500 peer groups, and delivered more than 25,000 hours of executive coaching. I helped creative leaders step into their next level, without abandoning who they are.

This work is about identity. It's about designing leadership that fits.  I was a Vistage Chair for 13 years and served as a mentor chair. I have conducted more than 400 peer groups and have over 25,000 hours of executive coaching experience.  

I have administered over 5,000 leadership assessments to master the patterns of high-performance leadership. 

In addition to my academic work, I was a trainer for Tony Robbins, I am certified as an NLP practitioner, and I apprenticed with a Shaman from Peru for 17 years. 

I bring all of these disciplines into the courses, coaching, and peer groups.

I have a newsletter that goes out once a week on Saturday with practical tips, templates, and strategies for business owners from 10 to 1,000 employees. 

I currently live in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where we conduct Leadership Intensives.
